It’s okay not to be okay ..It’s fine if you want to be in isolation or you don’t want to indulge in any activity. Don’t be harsh on yourself just to make others feel that you are happy ..
The basic dilemma of our life is: At one point we want a change in our life and at the other we hate changes ..
What we want is things should remain same but get better ..
How can things get better if you’ll always place yourself in a chaotic situation..For things to be better you need to be in peace with your emotions.
Listen to your heart , follow your mind,compare the two and be emotionally strong…
