If you feel that you are stuck somewhere and you don’t know which way you are going ..Just stop and think .Try to calm down and see around yourself may be there is something better waiting for you .
At the end it’s your perception that decides whether you are enjoying your life or just living it ..
Shift your perception from distress to happiness and gradually your attitude towards your life will change.🙂
It took me years to realize that my perception was negative, full of people who judge me, was a perception I created for myself. I did this because of how I felt I was treated by my family and my experience of being bullied, and because of my physical disability, I had from birth. Once I realized this, I’ve been working on changing and my understanding of these influences, change my view of myself and the world.
